Halloween Night

Halloween night was fun too. We took a little while getting ready so the other kids were all coming to Chrissy's house by the time we were ready to go out. It was cold out too. Elsie started with just a long sleeve shirt on but soon wanted her jacket and would have liked some mittens for her hands too but I had not brought any with us. We just waled around the block and stopped at the houses Chrissy knew. It was fun. Elsie would not say trick or treat but to give her a little credit she did not know any of these people. It was pretty amazing how much candy people were handing out. Elsie got 5 or 6 full sized candy bars plus many people gave out small handfuls of stuff. Even though we did not go very far we got plenty of candy....in fact we are just now finishing up the last of it and it is Dec. 27th.
