Charity and Greg's wedding Nov.6th

The whole purpose for us going back east was to see Charity and Greg get married. We were so happy to be there and to be part of it. They got married in Brooklyn NY in a green warehouse. It was all open inside but they did a great job decorating it. They had beautiful flower arrangements and table settings and had lit lanterns on the floor and on the tables. On the wall behind where the ceremony took place they had hung several small tree branches, it looked very nice against the textured brick walls. The dinner they had served was wonderful with fall vegetables dominating the menu. The cake was amazing!

Elsie got to be part of the wedding party as a flower girl. She even got to pick the dresses out from several Charity emailed to us. She likes her dress but it has two major flaws. The first flaw is it is "tickley" and second it has a bow in the back. She has gotten so even on an average Sunday she hates having her bow tied in back of her. Luckily we were able to convince her that the bow needed to be tied for the ceremony. She had a great time breaking off rose peddles for her basket her grandma made for her but when it came time to throw them she forgot to do it. Even with her stage fright she did a great job walking down the aisle with a little push from behind (the other flower girl Greg's niece helped her keep going). Will and I even got to walk in together as part of the "seating of the family". Elsie was a trooper and didn't have any break downs and stayed up way past her bed time. We ended up staying until the happy couple left as Will wanted to do this but Elsie fell asleep in his arms well before this.

It was a wonderful wedding with lots of smiles and a few tears. The couple where just so happy it was incredible.
