Apple Butter

Here is the fruit of my labors. I am pretty pleased with the turn out too. This is the second year I have made apple butter. I decided to make it last year because it is something my sister who passed away two years ago used to make us. It is a little sad to make it but mostly it makes me happy to be working in the kitchen. And I love to share it with others.
