The neighborhood bike parade

This summer there was a neighborhood bike parade and so we went. It was a fun but hot morning in June. Elsie and I walked over to the starting line and then she got to go be part of the parade. The fire truck came first and then the kids and they were all followed by a police car! It was a lot of fun. Will met me at the house. Then Will, Catherine and I met Elsie at the ending point. They had otter pops and  the fire truck stayed and the kids could go in to check it out. At the very end the brave kids got sprayed by the fire truck. Elsie only got sprayed for a minute or two but she still got pretty wet!
