Well I guess I jumped the gun. The inspection on the house we were going to buy turned out bad. Some of the problems were the roof needed to be replaced, there were unsafe levels of radon and the electrical panel needed work. Plus there were lots of little things that needed work. So we decided to walk away and not buy it. Luckily we only had to go out one more time to find another house we want to buy. Hopefully this one is a little bit better since it is about 40 years younger. We have the inspection next week so wish us luck. Here is the out side shot of the new house we might buy.

Bad roof? I think we could have managed that. As for the radon, well, I'm sure lining the walls with Saltine crackers would have taken care of that. But oh well. This house looks great too!
Adah...I think the new one looks great - wiould love to see more picturesw when you get a chance.
