Easter was fun this year. It was over General Conference weekend so we did not have regular church but it was still fun. We dyed eggs on Saturday with Will's family. Sunday morning we got up and had a quiet morning. Elsie tracked down the Easter Baskets and then the girls emptied them. Then there was an Easter Egg Hunt inside. Elsie got right to business but Catherine did not like hunting at all. At the end she figured out there was candy inside so then she got a little interested.
By Elsie's calculations the Easter Bunny did lots of things different this year. There was no outside Easter egg hunt, there was money in the eggs and not much candy in the baskets! I guess the Easter Bunny is just getting old and forgetful! We had a lovely dinner with just our family which was fun! Grandma was working and we had an Easter celebration with her the following Sunday.
